Adding Audiophile quality feet

@chrisjames

Thank you for your advice.
I’ll try testing it myself as you suggested.

I use Herbie’s Fat Dots under my RS250. They do make a difference.

It’s good to experiment, the Fat Dots look like they are designed for speakers, but if they improve your RS250 to your liking then that’s a win.

I’ve tried out many different feet over time, even those that use magnets to enable components to float.

They have good ones on Aliexpress. I bought some there with good results. KEF meta blade i use isoacoustics

Information from the Telepolis portal: The moderator of the diyAudio forum, signing as Pano, prepared a blind test in which four 30-second versions of the same fragment were made available for listening: the original file, a recording passed through 180 cm of professional copper cable, through 20 cm of wet mud (combined with 120 cm of copper), and through a 13 cm banana (also made of 120 cm of copper). Respondents were asked to determine how the sound signal was conducted in a given recording. The results of the blind test are: The answers were very inaccurate—of the 43 entries, only 6 were correct, giving a hit rate of about 14%. Statistical analysis of the results indicated that such a result could have occurred by chance with a probability of a few percent. In other words, the bananas and the mud sounded almost the same as the copper cable. – :star_struck:
Now, supporters of cables with cosmic dust on their veins, you can give your surplus money to your family. :sunglasses:

Is there not a topic for jokes?

This seems to prove that only 6 of these people have good hearing, and 37 need immediate medical attention

Why do you keep SPAMIng this ? There are a lot of reasons this could be true , and it could also be true that there are plenty of audiophile products out there that do provide benefits at price points beyond an individuals grasp, no need to beat a dead horse. Its up to the person if they want to spend 50k on a watch that tells the same time as a Casio $20.00. Just live and let live .

It could also be true that spontaneous human combustion is real. It is significantly more probable than that any feet would make any difference for a 250.

Have you purchased any non-entry level pieces yet ? Or still speculation based on budget items

And you know jack about any of my other systems how? Oh, wait, you don’t know anything about anything.

When anyone here needs advice from some wannabe pretend trust baby buying fake amps from AliExpress, you will be notified in writing.

@BorisM Are you telling me the mighty Boris still uses budget, entry level equipment and his all-in-one powerhouse? What a strong foundation for his expertise! Surely Aliexpress will welcome him with open arms !! Someone call Hifi Rose , let them know the mighty expert Boris is available for high end consulting using his foundation of budget streamers and all-in-one class d players !! Surely hes qualified ! Too bad he hates on anyone who actually works and is educated and has money more than him .

It is rather interesting – why do you have to keep showing how badly you fail at reading comprehension in every thread?

And no, sorry, girls do not care about it, and not a single one is going to make out with you just because you got a fake Dartzeel from China. It just shows that you have neither good taste nor real money.

That fake “Rolex” does not help either.

I dont have a fake Dartzeel, although you seem obsessed with it, just buy it then, no shame, no judgment. In all honesty, it would smoke your Class D all-in-one as far as amplification is concerned and has better internal parts , so why the hate ? We all know you are the master of elite and exotic audiophile components that put Swiss manufacturers to shame right ? Mission speakers and an all-in-one , class d, we got a truly legendary audiophile in our midst folks. A collection of pieces to behold and admire. I cant believe all this time I thought you didnt have much experience with top, elite audio pieces ! Thanks for setting me straight. You win !!

Did you know Mission floorstanders can be had for a better price on ebay ? Do you think I was a fool for paying more than $229 per speaker when I could have got these babies?

Still haven’t saved enough money for the AliExpress one? Sorry to hear that. Although honestly, AE version is probably better than the original…

So sorry that you can’t afford to even dress up well enough to listen to a decent Class D amp. Maybe try renting a suit next time you go to Best Buy.

You are no better at trolling than you are at reading comprehension. Pretty good at boasting that double-digit IQ of yours though.

You definitely were, as even these will slaughter anything Raidho had ever produced. Mine are a slightly better line, but of course when Best Buy salespeople see you coming by, they cover those with cloth so you would not poke holes in the drivers with your fingers, so you never see them.

@BorisM See, even AI knows your speakers cant produce enough resolution and detail to give a clue. It does say that its a good “budget-friendly” speaker, but it lacks the ability to hear micro detail and spatial information. You might as well be deaf listening to those things.

Any other speakers you own besides Mission ? Id love to learn more.
