Hi,
I’ve brought some albums from Qobuz and I’ve been able to download them to an attached hard drive connected to my RS151, but I’ve just bought an individual track and I’m unable to download it, the track doesn’t show up on either my iPhone app or pc app. I can only see it on my 151 screen. So I go to the track and try to download it. But when I go to the downloaded items it says there was an error. I’ve tried several times with no success. Please advise.

I’m unable to download the track through the app. Only albums I have purchased are showing up, individual tracks that I’ve brought do not appear in the purchased section under Qobuz.

Please check if the download icon appears in the top right corner of the album when you select a purchased album, as shown in the picture below
yes the icon is there for albums, but the individual track I brought does not appear at all only Albums, it must be a bug where albums appear but not single tracks.

So, what you’re saying is that albums purchased are showing up correctly, but individually purchased tracks are not appearing in the list, correct?
I will buy a track myself to test it out and will leave another comment once I check the results
yes that is correct. I’ve brought 8 or 9 albums and I’m able to download them either through the app or through my RS151, but the single track does not appear in the app. It does appear on my 151 but doesn’t have the download icon above it, but if I click on the track a long menu appears and at the bottom I can click download. But when I do I get an Error warning, there’s a retry icon(small circle with arrow) but that give an error.

We have received confirmation from our software team that this issue has been fixed and is scheduled to be included in the upcoming official firmware release, including the RC (Release Candidate) version.
