Easy instructions for downloading music to rs250

Good afternoon,
I would really like some simple instructions on how to get my music from my external hard drive to my
Internal ssd drive in my Rose rs250 . Once I connect my hard drive via usb to the back of which connection on the rose250m? Then can I rip the external hard drive onto my internal drive ? Is it easier to connect my external hard drive thru my laptop and then transport somehow ? I really wish they would make a tutorial video for doing this for us dummy’s. I’m so I knowledgeable at this things.
If anybody could help and make it really really easy I would GREATLY appreciate it.

You can’t move files from USB to SSD when they are both connected to RS250.

For RS150, RS250, RS201 only. You need external hard disk or SSD or USB connected to RS150/RS250/RS201. (If your SSD is NEW, format it first.) I followed the instruction and created SMB account on my Rose250, but after entering ID and PWD, it displays ‘Activation’ with the switch indicator ON. It doesn’t display ‘Enable’. I did try to connect by entering my IP address in the file explorer //192.168.1.149/ROSEDISK, but it didn’t work (web page says 149 refused to connect).
