  1. Have you received a Qobuz coupon before?
  2. Did you access the landing page in the email I personally sent you and enter the code?
  3. Do you experience the same symptoms when you log out of your Qobuz account on your Rose device and log back in?

Notice: I purchased the device in mid-December 2025 from Audiosanctuary.com, but Iā€™ve only just got around to trying Roon. When I try to claim the Roon or Qobuz coupon through Rose One, I get a message saying that all the coupons have already exhausted but the coupon for Audirvana is available.
