Yes. Ethernet from router to a tp link media converter. The optical fibre to the LHY converter then ethernet in to the streamer. It provides reclocking and galvanic isolation.
I bought a 10gtek version with nice SFPs and good cableā¦seems pretty good so far. Cost around 180 bucks. The LHY looks nice tho
Is the LHY better then ADOT in terms of signal quality?
I wouldnāt like to say as Iāve not used the Adot. However Iād stick my neck out and say the LHY is at least better on paper than the basic Adot as it comes with a top notch linear PSU as standard, and the clock is a very stable and accurate one. Buck for buck the LHY wins imho. The only criticism of the LHY that Iāve seen is that the sound stage is ātoo wideā. Not something Iāve noticed.
