Everyone buys what they want. Whether it suits their speakers is up to them to decide.
Otherwise, buy the supposedly best amplifier in the world…

“Accuphase is an overrated company, because that’s nonsense and demonstrates your minimal knowledge and experience with this manufacturer’s equipment. In 50 years, Luxman won’t have the same sales, and they won’t be as popular as Accuphase, both in terms of amplifiers and CD players.”
I must remind you that Luxman was founded in 1922. And back then, Accuphase wasn’t even on the radar, having been created in 1972. What Luxman invented for audio technologies in tubes and transistors, Accuphase hasn’t yet caught up with. And in the class of Class A solid-state amplifiers, the L-590AXII Mark II wins.
And no Accuphase in Class A has a chance of beating Luxman.
p.s.
I also tested Accuphase in class A and they didn’t convince me, a few others did too and I chose Luxman.
First of all, get a grip, because you have no clue what you’re writing about, you saw Accuphase in photos, you never compared it to other devices, you bought the cheapest Luxman, which can handle budget and simplest speakers, you can’t beat this amplifier for anything else, and that’s what they also say at TOP HIFI, which is the distributor in Poland. Your friend checked your amplifier at TOP HIFi, and the B&W 803d4 speakers are out of this world, impossible for the Luxman you own. Only those overrated Accuphases, Esoterics, and other, unfortunately more expensive, but overrated devices, according to you, can handle these and other speakers with two 18cm drivers. The Accuphase E800 can handle the SF Amati, with its two 22cm drivers. Your amplifier would need an ambulance with those speakers, and generally with all SF speakers, Dynaaudio from the Confidence series, as well as B&W, and many, many other more demanding speakers. Top-of-the-line CD players from Accuphase and Esoteric weigh more than your amplifier, which is saying something. And my CD player weighs only slightly less :-), but weight certainly doesn’t mean anything to you. Now, regarding the price, if we’re talking about PLN 21,000, that’s the starting price for this player, just like PLN 17,000 for the ES, and both devices come with discounts. So don’t lie to yourself that you bought it for 60% off, because that’s not true. Anyone who makes even serious purchases at Top HI Fi, even those who previously owned a Rose device, gets a discount. It’s smaller than with the ES, but it’s there, and that’s a fact. All three of us bought the RS 151 with a discount, and not just my friends. Simply put, if you’re a loyal buyer at a given distributor, you get discounts.
I repeat once again, Accuphase is so overrated that it sells much, much better in Europe and worldwide than your unadulterated Luxman, and people pay much more without even realizing what they’re getting. I understand that cars like Mercedes, BMW, Audi, and a few others are also overrated. If you have something cheaper, it’s the best car in the world, because it’s yours, so it must be the best.
Congratulations on your character. Tell us what else you have that’s the best in the world, maybe we can take advantage of your offer.
That’s all from me, because it’s a waste of time writing to someone who has no clue what they’re talking about. Generally, I suggest you move to the great Ever Solo forum, since it’s such a great device that, for some reason, doesn’t sell well, except for the cheap ones, because most manufacturers here don’t offer players at these prices.
“And no Accuphase in Class A has a chance of beating Luxman.”
What pills have you been taking lately? Tell everyone here, because such nonsense, as they write, must have been really strong.

You can’t like the Accuphase amplifier because it’s too expensive compared to your Luxman, and the distributor doesn’t offer the same discount you got on the Luxman, which means you can’t even dream of an Accuphase. And that’s the last post, and I invite you to the forum for the super, hyper, best player in the world, the Ever Solo, for elite listeners who want a cheaper device, but it’s still the best. Although the sales are poor!
“The Accuphase E800 will handle the SF Amati with two 22cm speakers.”
::: Only because the B&W has magnets heavier than your brain.
There isn’t anything especially wrong with premium positioning for a product, even if it is functionally no better than the budget option. But it needs to be backed by something be it better service , better looks, better warranty, something…
Presentation is everything. You can sell anything with a jacked up price tag to many fools out there with too much money. The prestige of it all.
A valid point.
That’s why sales figures don’t provide any information about advanced technologies. But fools with deep pockets think they’re masters of the universe.
For information:
Luxman’s two flagship and patented solutions are LECUA and ODNF. LECUA – LUXMAN Electrically Controlled
Ultimate Attenuator – is an extremely precise attenuator built using switched resistors. It has 88 steps – from 0 to -87 dB – and adjusts the volume without degrading the signal quality. Due to its design, it is free from any deviations caused by, for example, aging of the resistive path, so it will last for a very long time. The latest version of the circuit, called LECUA1000, is used in our L-590AX MARK II and L-550AX MARK II integrated amplifiers, as well as the C-900u and C-700u preamplifiers. At a given volume, the music signal passes through only two resistors.
ODNF, or Only Distortion Negative Feedback, is our original concept for negative feedback. It detects differences in signal shape between the input and output of the circuit, then outputs only the distortion signal. This circuit offers the advantages of both negative feedback and no feedback. In the latest version 4.0, we’ve significantly improved the precision of isolating the distortion signal. This means delicate musical signals are reproduced more accurately, and the emotional impact is enhanced. High frequencies are also improved. We’re confident you’ll notice improved top-end extension and experience a broader scale of the presentation.

My brain is definitely much better than yours, because I can afford all of this, compared to you, where your brain doesn’t understand enough and you’re looking for out-of-this-world devices like Ever Solo
and your super speakers, super amplifier, I’m sure you also have super cables for all of this, and generally everything you own is the best, because your brain understands it all, and that’s why you have a super player, where other manufacturers can only learn from Ever Solo and the budget Luxman and budget speakers, so maybe start doing something so that you can finally afford something that would be more convincing that what you have is out of this world, and all other manufacturers should learn, because for now, all you have is budget audio level and nothing more, and a little more humility and distance towards what you have, because so far it looks very poor.
You can’t afford everything: above all, you can’t afford rational thinking.
Money and stupidity are a treacherous mix.
P.S.You can’t calculate my budget. .
What matters is that your thinking and audio knowledge are top-notch. If you finally decide to buy some serious speakers, for example, subscribe to an ambulance and have it parked outside your apartment. This amplifier, aside from tiny speakers, can’t handle anything else. Oh, I forgot, this amplifier was designed to drive such speakers; I completely forgot about that. And you should also tell us what cables you use to connect your best system, because they’re undoubtedly the best cables in the world, and the best can learn from the manufacturer of your cables. After all, you have everything the best, and your way of thinking about audio is the only correct one, so the cables must be excellent.
idiotic question: what kind of cables: of course, green ones with red dots.
“If you finally decide to buy some solid speakers, for example, order an ambulance and park it in front of the house.”
I just picked up the SQ7 V8 ambulance and I’m going to park it in the garage next to a few other gems.

Go for a walk, you wimp, with your Accuphase.
Nice! Did they put real buttons for climate control back in yet?
buttons are haptic on a split screen.
With haptic feedback.
I see. Guess I’ll have to wait until the next model year, they’ve promised to bring real controls back. Hate this touch screen stuff in cars.

You’re a wimp, along with your amplifier, which can drive speakers for teenagers, not to be confused with speakers from a proper shelf.
And I think you should 3D print that Audi and put it on a shelf next to other 3D-printed cars. Dreams are allowed, after all, and dreams don’t come cheap. Then come down to earth and enter your car from your integrated. And think about a parking space, not a garage, for starters.
Aim for a vehicle like that, although it’s also an expensive toy, if you want to equip it, and your amplifier needs to have the appropriate equipment, like an ambulance.

And this in 3D
Oh well, I’ll accept these virtual buttons while driving surrounded by music from a Bang & Olufsen Advanced Sound System with 3D sound (High-End) 1900 watts.
I’ll feel very sorry for these Accuphase devotees.
