Qobuz problem After update to 5.7

@Terr4745

Are you experiencing the same symptoms even after installing the latest version of the app?

I figured out that I needed to re-install Qobuz after the factory reset. Now I have qobuz working on the 250A. But after uninstalling and reinstalling Rose
Connect on my laptop, the same problem is back. I cannot login to Qobuz in Rose Connect.

So I had not downloaded the latest version of Rose connect, and now that I have, the problem has resolved, at least for the moment. My rose is new but my Rose Connect I had used with my last Rose. Thanks for your help.

@Terr4745

I’m glad the issue is resolved.
If you encounter any other issues, please let me know.

Today I had an update which took longer than normal and to my surprise Qobuz now works from my desktop.
In the HiFi Rose app Playlists on Tidal and Qobuz are now looking and operating more in a similar fashion to their native apps.
HiFi Rose please continue with work on your operating system. This is so fundamental for your current and future products.
Was it worth the wait ? (yes and no) yes because I can now enjoy a more user friendly interactive experience as I have had with other apps which I had taken for granted before purchasing a hifi rose product. And no because you released more products still with issues unsolved while others resorted to alternative measures from purchasing aftermarket apps like Roon to selling their HiFi Rose gear for something simple like Volumino, Lumin, Auralic not to mention the popular Eversolo and Wiim products.

@realmusic

We’re glad to hear the recent update has improved your experience with Qobuz and Tidal integration.
Your honest perspective is valuable, and we fully agree that refining the user interface and system stability is essential.
Please rest assured that we are committed to ongoing improvements across all HiFi Rose products.
