I had two playlists and was in the process of creating a 3rd. Now the playlists are gone, and I don’t understand how they were removed. I keep on getting the message list empty. Do I just need to start over again>

Hi, same here today with multiple playlists and “Favourites” all gone.
Same problem. This morning all was OK.
Now all (!) my playlists are gone, also favourites and recent played tracks . . . .
I use RS-250A with newest software.

tried to log off from the rose-account, and now it won’t log-in to my rose account any more.
Seems to be total loss of ROSE related content Playlists / History / User details……

I confirm: On Rose RS520
“All my playlists are gone too.”
I checked this through your messages.
Then I logged out of my account and wanted to log in again because my profile picture was gone and the mileage was zero. I thought (maybe something had been updated).
Login also failed
Unfortunately that doesn’t work either (account not known)
This is my first serious error that I’ve experienced with the device since I bought it. I’ve always posted that I don’t have any serious errors.
It’s interesting every day to see what surprises Rose has in store.
