Rosetube restarts every song in under a minute (55 sec)

Dear,

I’m a proud owner of the Hifi Rose 150b. For a time now, when I play Rosetube the song/video will stop in 55 seconds and restart again.

It did work properly before. Is this a known issue? How can I solve this?

Same issue for most of us previously. Just update the Rosetube, the problem could be solved

Hi all,

it might be just me, but Rosetube still doesn’t work. I’ve removed the update from rosetube via the rose store, and reinstalled. But it is not playing rosetube at all. It just continues with a song on tidal.

Any suggestions again?

Please answer a few questions.

  1. When you go to RoseStore on your Rose device, you will see the Rosetube version. The current latest version is 4.6.06.43. Does it display the same on your Rose device?

  2. What is the model name of your Rose device?

  3. What is the version information of your Rose device?
    Rose device–>Settings–>System info–>System version information (Rose OS version information in View details)

  4. If you still have problems playing Rosetube, try factory reset.
    Rose device–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset
