Unable to play YouTube on RS250

Hi Support,

For the past 1 week, I’m unable to play any YouTube on my RS250. Pls see error msg on below screenshot. Could not play due to temporary error.

I Got the same issue with RS 150B, can either play from RoseTube. Can only play from TIDAL. Get the same message error.

What is the solution?

Have you made any Update on your Rose? Thinking maybe YouTube have banned none commercial useing? How about Rosetube, are you able to play videos from there?

Seems this is a software issue….

Is Rose support doing anything to resolve this issue asap? There is no response from support so far :joy:

Agree, at this price we must expect everything to work flawless.

I have the same issue and error message when trying to use Rosetube on my RS250 with the latest firmware. Hope this issue can be resolved soon.

I’m sorry about the rosetube issue.
Please update ROSETUBE in RoseStore.
(RS250 > RoseStore > RoseTube > update)

Update done and all working properly again. Many thanks for prompt attention.

I’ve also updated Rosetube and happy to confirm this issue has been resolved with this Rosetube update.

Thanks for the quick fix, but it would be nice know what caused this issue.
