250 lockup issues

Unfortunately, I am now experiencing full unit lock ups. It has now happened several times. The 250 will stop playing and the screen will shift to the Rose logo (Android stuff below). I’m unable to do anything with the remote, phone app, or the power button.

I need to pull the power cord to get the unit to reset and become functional.

Please advise.

Send them a picture of the screen with your phone when it does this.

I had same problem. Local distrubutor replaced it with a new one. New is OK so far, no such problems.

Thx. Will follow up with my dealer. May request a new unit after the audio drop outs and now these system lock ups.
