250A factory reset

I performed a factory reset and am unable to re-register my 250 A and unable to use it.

  1. What do you mean by being unable to re-register your RS250A after performing a factory reset?
    Please provide more detailed information about the issue.
  2. When using the RS250A, do you see a message indicating that the device is not registered?
    If so, please try the following steps:
    RS250A → Settings → Device Management → RS250A → Register

If the device is already registered, the option should display “Unregister.”
