I unplugged my RS250A and my likes, saved playlists, likes etc. all disappeared. Is there a possibility of a backup (automatic preferred ) so as to not lose these settings when power is lost?

All information related to your favorites, likes and playlists is tied to your ID and stored on our server.
Therefore, it’s not common for this information to disappear, even if the power is turned off. Could you try logging out of your Rose account and logging back in?
Or, would you check if your account is changed?
