Hi,
during normally listening, yesterday i’ve found that my rs520 has been abnormal. i don’t know how to explain, but it’s look like someone operate my rs520. so i turn it off by app in mobile.
Today i try again, and it happens again as the attached video.
Can you give me some advice?
Looks like a defect oversensitive touchscreen

If you see that the touch screen on the left side of your RS520 display is popping, it looks like there is a problem with the LCD.
First, if the same symptom appears even after factory resetting the RS520, contact the distributor in the country where you purchased the RS520 and request repair.
RS520–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset
