impossible to create a rose account via the rose connect application
when registering after entering my email,create an id,validate the agreement,when creating the password it always indicates that the entered value is incorrect

Have you signed up for a Rose account?
Rose device–>Settings–>User Account–>Sign up -
You have signed up, but can’t log in?
When registering as a member, you may enter the password only once, so you may have entered the wrong password when registering.
RoseConnect app–>Settings–>My page–>Find ID/Password -
If the method above doesn’t work, please let me know the email address you used to sign up for Rose.
We will send you a temporary password.
Please send your email address to eunseong96@citech.kr when registering for a membership or problem.

I’m sorry. We recommend that you use a different email address as the email form is not supported by us. Currently, emails with special characters between @ and . are not supported when signing up.
