Thank you for your assistance. I’ve attempted to select Ireland as the country and Cork as the city and neither are listed as options on my HiFi Rose device.

As confirmed by our server, Cork was added normally. Please reboot your Rose device and check.

Rosehan,

I have rebooted and unplugged my RS520 several times. I am still unable to see Ireland or Cork either by itself or within Ireland in the selection of countries and within them, a sub menu of cities. This seems like a simple process and I’m unable to see what I must be doing wrong. Do you have any suggestions?
As an additional matter, my list of countries appears to be in random order. Is that an indication of a defect as one would expect an alphabetical listing?

The reason was that I didn’t add Ireland to the list of countries.
Please reboot the Rose device again and check.

Works perfectly. Thank you very much for adding both Cork and the Capitol city, Dublin to the Republic of Ireland.
