Can you add the following radio station, I’ve tried multiple times and it won’t accept the addition.

Please try
Rose device–>Radio app–>+ button–>Enter the radio channel name in CH name and the URL.

Enter the URL you posted ( https://ais-sa3.cdnstream1.com/2557_128.mp3 ) and it works fine.
