Addition of a city in France for the weather

Good morning,
would it be possible to add the city of “Cherbourg (Cherbourg en Cotentin)” to the French weather forecast? (rs250)

I requested the person in charge to add the weather for the area.
However, if it is a small city or a region that is not supported by our server, if it is not possible to add it, you can add the state to which the region belongs.

Is it possible to add Vigo (Galicia, Spain) as a city in the weather forecast? Rs520. The closest city is Coruña and it has a totally different climate. Thank you and have a nice year
