After update no login to Android app, Windows Rose Connect and player login

Hello, I have now updated the company software and can no longer access my account in the Android app,
on the streamer and in Windows.

Email account still works.

What else do I have to do now?

Display: incorrect user or password. Before the update everything worked.

Please check a few things.

If you cannot log in to your Rose account, please send your Rose account to the email address below.
eunseong96@citech.kr

We will send you a temporary password or verification email.
If you cannot find the password for an account, it is because you did not verify your email address when signing up for the account.

Looks like something may have gone wrong with the login system after the update. Maybe try resetting the password once and logging out completely from all devices before signing in again. Hopefully the devs can check if it’s a wider issue.
