Airplay 2 in EA-Version, RS 250a

Hallo,
When playing via AirPlay 2, the volume changes to 20 after each input (e.g. next track). How can I set it so that the volume stays the same?

Even if we connect two devices to RS250a, the volume is maintained well.

  1. Have you connected only RS250a to your AirPlay device? Or did you connect other devices as well? (If you have another device, please tell us the model name)
  2. Does the volume always change to 20 when the next song is played?
  3. Please tell us the model name and version of the iOS device you are using.
  4. Does AirPlay 2 disconnect briefly before the volume changes to 20?

I use an iPhone 12 Pro and an iPad Pro, 4th generation (iOS 17.6.1). I use the Tidal app on both devices. I’m currently only controlling the RS250A via AirPlay2. The volume always changes to 20 when I press the forward button on the Tidal app, i.e. when I manually select the next track. Even if I reconnect AirPlay, the volume goes back to 20. If the track changes automatically at the end of the song, the volume stays the same. I don’t think AirPlay disconnects for a moment. How can I tell?
