Album art after iOS updates

After the iOS updates album art only displays on the screen and via hdmi intermittently. Click on a track and it displays, then go back and play the same track and it’s not there anymore! This only happens via playback through my ssd. Tidal etc…is fine.

Please help us confirm the following details:

  1. Regarding the intermittent issue you mentioned: when the album art does not appear, what exactly is displayed on the TV screen instead?

  2. Does this issue occur with specific tracks only, or with all tracks?

  3. Does the same issue occur even after performing a factory reset on your Rose device?
    Go to: Rose device → Settings → System Settings → Factory Reset

  4. Does this issue occur when you play music using the RoseConnect app on iOS?
    Also, does the same issue occur when you play music directly from the Rose device itself?

Are you referring to the iPhone OS update by “iOS Update”?
We don’t experience the issue you mentioned when playing SSD audio. If you could provide a video of the reproduction or a detailed scenario, we’ll investigate further. Thank you.
