Album artwork not autopopulating

I have the RS250a with the latest software that isn’t the EA version. I have been ripping a bunch of CDs via a USB cd drive and the RS250a is usually able to find the CD information and autopopulate the track and album fields, however it is not trying to autopopulate the album cover. I have to go in and search for the cover each time. This is happening for every album. The album artwork is blank and I have to go in and search for it manually. What is the cause of this because it has worked before. I’ve done several reboots and that hasn’t worked

I was doing some testing and found that (sometimes to usually) if I put the CD in, it finds and loads the track and album information and not the cover art but if I push the Home button to go back to the home screen, and then go back into CD Ripping, the album cover art will appear. This won’t happen by just putting in the CD and loading the data. I waited for a minute or so to see if it would appear on its own but it won’t. I have to leave the CD ripping app and come back in to it to get the album cover art to show

@Augustaprime

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

When ripping a CD, sometimes the album cover does not appear automatically.
In that case, you can add it manually.
There are several reasons why it may not appear automatically.
This may happen if the first network condition is not smooth.
The second is if the CD data you want to rip is not stored on our server.

Check out the video below to see how to manually add an album cover.

@ROSEHAN

Your answer has no relationship with a question asked. I am expiriencing the same problem. So, no matter which CD you insert and how long you wait - there is no cover and you MUST seach for it manually. BUT in the same tame if you want to play this CD from CD play app - cover is there automatically and instantly. If you go back to CD Rip - then the cover is suddently there instantly. The same thing happens if you just exit the CD Rip app and go back to it - cover suddenly comes automatically. It is a bug in your CD rip app, please solve this annoying bug.

To summarize - when you start CD rip app - there is no artwork cover. If you press Home and go back to CD rip app again - suddenly there is a right cover shown. So, please make that we do not need to eneter CD rip app twice in order to record artwork together with CD rip. Thank you in advance.

@Burle

I will forward your symptoms to the software team.
They will review and, if possible, fix them and reflect them in the next update.
