I have the RS250a with the latest software that isn’t the EA version. I have been ripping a bunch of CDs via a USB cd drive and the RS250a is usually able to find the CD information and autopopulate the track and album fields, however it is not trying to autopopulate the album cover. I have to go in and search for the cover each time. This is happening for every album. The album artwork is blank and I have to go in and search for it manually. What is the cause of this because it has worked before. I’ve done several reboots and that hasn’t worked
I was doing some testing and found that (sometimes to usually) if I put the CD in, it finds and loads the track and album information and not the cover art but if I push the Home button to go back to the home screen, and then go back into CD Ripping, the album cover art will appear. This won’t happen by just putting in the CD and loading the data. I waited for a minute or so to see if it would appear on its own but it won’t. I have to leave the CD ripping app and come back in to it to get the album cover art to show
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
When ripping a CD, sometimes the album cover does not appear automatically.
In that case, you can add it manually.
There are several reasons why it may not appear automatically.
This may happen if the first network condition is not smooth.
The second is if the CD data you want to rip is not stored on our server.
Check out the video below to see how to manually add an album cover.
