All the software updates ruined my device

All the software updates have made my device unusable. It will not play anything and has become as useful as a boat anchor for listening to sound. it started up so well and each update made it worse and worse. Now my RS150B is useless. Just a piece of junk. It seems trying to make compatible with every streaming service known to mankind also stopped it from working with the 50TB of music on my SAN storage device. Nothing works at all anymore and I am being prompted left and right for user names and passwords that I know nothing about.

Since there has been no improvements and the device is now useless, its fate is to be pummeled by a baseball bat into hundreds of pieces.

Rose support sucks and so do their developers.

I use “rose” for both username and password. You may use whatever you want.

Before you destroy it, do a factory reset and log in again.

  1. We originally support USB external hard drives up to 10TB. 50TB SAN storage devices may not be recognized or may not be played back even if recognized.
