Analog Output Issue

I am using this unit with analog (balanced/unbalanced) outputs. I changed no settings to my knowledge and all of a sudden there is zero sound. I trouble shot with the dealer and all seems to be set up correctly.

There are really only 2 inputs. Qobuz and my television. I know signal is getting in because the levels are dancing and timers are moving.

Just no sound. Has anyone had this issue? Any troubleshooting tips?

Please help us by answering the following questions:

  1. Please let us know the exact model name of the Rose device you are currently using.
  2. Please describe in detail how your Rose device is connected to your other audio equipment.
  3. Please take photos of the input/output settings on your Rose device and send them to us.
  4. Could you please check whether your Rose device is muted?
  5. After performing a factory reset and setting the device up again, does the same issue still occur?
