with regard to analogue input. if this input goes though A to D THEN INTERNALly IS FED INTO THE INTO THE internal dac the surely its a waste of time please comment on this

Thought so, its a naff input , it just adding A TO D. in the signal line and deteriating the the audio ,were did you find the answer to problem thanks . what model do you have

There is no A to D converter in Rose. Analogue input allows to connect analogue source and use Rose as pre-amp. That’s it! I own RS250,

hi michal. iam aware that it is an analogue input but it is converted through a A-D -C TO A Digital input to the dac. yes is a digital pre amp , in that form it has a digital volume too ugg

RS150B can convert Analog input to Digital. Is there any issue about it?

no problem but but its not a perfect analogue input, you can tell the difference due to the extra A-D .I RUN A REEL TO REEL THROUGH IT cheers
