Analogue Recording to Internal SSD

I have a 150B and RSA 780 CD Ripper which I can use to record my CD’s.
However I want to record my analogue sources - LP collection and tape collection to the internal 4TB SSD internal drive I have installed and seeking advice from HIFI Rose and the community on how to record.
I have these inputs from TT and Deck into my mixer then output into the 150B but how do I record these into the internal drive and/or another external USB SATA HDD.
Ideas please thanks

I think you’re better off using a PC and something along the lines of the always excellent and always free Audacity. Recording/ripping CD’s is easy, and most of this is automated, splitting tracks, naming them etc. Analogue sources are a different matter and you have to do a lot of stop / start / labelling manually / tweaking recording levels / converting using various Codecs to get the file you want. It’s a long a laborious task !

Thanks for your advice Henley Audio.
I currently use that method via Audiogate and works fine but was hoping could use the HDD within Rose.
Incidentally I appreciate your YouTube tutorials on the Rose 150,
