Hi, Apple music didnt work. When i start the play button nothing happens. No sound and the time counter stand on 0:00.

What Rose device are you using?

Did you play music from your Rose device? Or did you play it from RoseConnect app? If you played it from the RoseConnect app, what is your device model?

Does it occur to all songs? Or is there a specific songs? If it occur in a specific song, please provide detailed information about that song.

Does a popup message appear when playing a song with 0:00? If so, please let us know what the message says.

If 0:00 song cannot be played, does it automatically skip to the next song?

Also in my iPhone - rose is not added to my devices. In Settings ->My Name. No ROSE.

Currently, we are aware of this bug.
If you reboot your device or log in again from the RoseConnect app, it will play normally.
We will solve this bug as soon as possible.
