Ask about problem rs130

Hello , I’m used 150b before it’s very good for me but now just upgrade to rs130 soon. But I just play a few day meantime setting in rs130 edit toppic name of rose , I change name to new name and then select confirm it have a popup confirm must to be reboot device now so I select ok confirm, but after that the device had been shut down and should be open up but it’s not happen. So do I press button on the rs130 for open It have a relay sound every time when select on open but notthing happens. So I try to find answer on the internet found someone had found problem like me. Was when select reboot on my control (Mobile/iPad) have a problem the rs130 device is shut down but not reboot.

So I wanna to ask to the Rose Develop. Did you found problem like us and help to wayout of problem to not see again in the future plz.

I have the same problem and the only lasting solution was the replacement of the device by my dealer. Courage…

Same thing here. Bought the 250, after few days I had to replace device and took 250A. New device works without problems…

Yeah. Me too my dealer bring the new device come to change.They have a responsible for the customer.

But i wanna to the Rose develop fine the problem and fix it soon. Until now I not yet to reboot on my control again. I’m scare see problem same case before, in the time i thing my dealer maybe not well to bring the new device again lol. Plz Rose develop help us. I very very love your product. And I hope everything well good.

Good. I’m grad to you for the new device. I think the 250A is a new model.

Well, upgrade was not free, but was with big discount :slight_smile: I bought 250 on big discount because it was showroom specimen. First they tried to repair it, but it failed again few days after repair. Then they offered me a new one on good discount term and I accepted the offer. New one is working without any problems almost a year now.
