Asset error in several tracks

Glad to be in this group as I’m a new ROSE owner (for now…).
I bought the RS250 to replace my Bluesound NODE, hoping it would be better and easier to use.
Unfortunately, I realized only now that there’s no Tidal Connect.
I just need to change my habits and get used to working directly from the Rose app.
I still haven’t compared the sonic part as I’m using it as a transport from the coax to my DAC.

The annoying thing I’ve encountered for now is the strange errors while trying to play a few tracks from my Tidal favorites, which work perfectly under the Tidal app.
Maybe it’s something to do with the connections setup?
I’ll appreciate any help and tips to work with it correctly.

Please check a few things.

  1. If you play the same sound source from Tidal’s own app instead of playing it from the RoseConnect app, will it play normally?
  2. Do you see the same symptom even if you log out and log back in to your Tidal account in the RoseConenct app?
  3. Do you experience the same symptoms even after rebooting your Rose device?
  4. Please let me know which Tidal music sources cannot be played on the RoseConnect app.

4.Please let me know which Tidal music sources cannot be played on the RoseConnect app.

  1. Log out of your Tidal account in the RoseConnect app and log back in.
  2. Rebooting has nothing to do with your settings.
