Hi,

Dear Rose, please help me to find the answer.
Hello,
Audio for video is supported up to 192kHz.
However, in this case, if the connected DAC does not support 192kHz, there may be cases where there is no sound. For this reason, we added Max Sampling Rate option through update.
Max sampling rate is a function that allows you to select the sampling rate from among Auto, 48kHz, 96kHz, and 192kHz.
If the connected DAC supports upto 96kHz, please use it after changing to 96kHz in the settings.
thank you.
My DAC supports up to DSD512. No MQA.
When i’m using Tidal, DAC always shows 44,1kHz, even with MQA files (Rose as authenticator). But with the Tidal videos and Rosetube it shows 96kHz.
Hello,
Tidal’s high-quality original is 24Bit 44.1/48KHz. A device that supports MQA can support 44.1Khz - 768KHz by unfolding it.
If the external DAC is not MQA certified, it will be output in 24-bit 44.1/48Khz.
Why is it with videos higher sample rate?
We are just trying to provide the highest standard we can offer. I don’t know why TIDAL offers 44.1/48 kHz. To listen to TIDAL’s MQA sound source, it is recommended to use a DAC that supports MQA.
