Bacch4Mac creates spatial sound field

I’ve been working on the installation and tweaking of the Bacch4Mac.
It creates a very large three dimensional sound stage but it is complicated to set up. They walk you through it but it took me three sessions to get it right.
It works like sound canceling headphones eliminating cross talk between left and right channels by eliminating the “bleed” from the left channel into the right channel and vice versa only it’s a lot more complicated than that. I like it because it works on any stereo whenever recorded and produces a much more spatial sound field.

Do you install it on the rose device ?

Meni,

No, In order to do that you need to buy an additional device, RME’s Babyface Pro which is an extra $1,000.
I run it on a headless Mac Mini with a Roon Bridge then straight to my LAiV Dac. I control the Roon from an iPad but have Roon settings configured to add the internal HiFi Rose RS 130 SSD with my music on it as a Roon Library.

Thanks, didn’t hear about it before

If there was a trial i could use, I’d give it a try.

Not using Roon, not sure what value it has for me.
