Concerns RS150
The sound in analog is only coming out the left hand channel
The sound using the optical optical only comes out the right hand channel
The device I sent back as faulty to Premium sound London
The device was sent back end of July august well under warranty and is still away
What i do not understand is. Why haven’t they just replaced it instead of repairing it
The email i have from Premium sound is

I have received an update from HiFi Rose, they have received the unit and confirmed the fault with it. Their technicians are currently fixing the issue with this amplifier and should finish soon. Once the repair process is complete and the amplifier is returned, I will send you an email with an update.
