Any input or advise is greatly appreciated. I currently own a Berkeley Alpha DAC Series 3 along with an Alpha USB, unfortunately I’m having compatibility issues with the Rose 150b when connected via USB. No sound is produced when playing music via TIDAL or other music platforms. I don’t have this issue when the units are connected via Coaxial or AES/EBU. Coaxial and AES/EBU play and sound perfectly. I have tried changing the sample rates and still no luck. Support has been helpful trying to trouble shoot the issue with no success. My Alpha USB does not have this issue when connected to my Laptop. Has anyone here had compatibility issues with the Rose 150b and their external DAC’s if so how did you fix it? Much appreciated
