Here are a few things to check.
Is your RoseConnect Windows installed with the latest version, the same as your Rose device?
It seems that the RoseConnect PC you are using is using an old version of the app. Please refer to the link below to download the new version of RoseConnect PC.

When you enter “Clarification” in the RoseConnect app on your phone, does everything appear normally?
I was on v5.9.7 when this problem was occuring. Today I was prompted to upgrade to v5.9.8 and the problem is gone.
I did’t experience this problem on mobile app. In fact, mobile app became my de facto controls when I couldn’t use the Win App.
