Blue tooth gone

Greetings all…There are some very strange things going on with my RA150B over the past 24 hours!
Anyone experiencing similar issues?
Blue tooth just doesn’t respond at all. Can’t detect any devices and non responsive. Had a similar scenario not long after purchase over a year ago.
Also lost Qobuz login details and user ID, which I have duly inputted to restore playing function.
I have tried a substitute Bluetooth dongle, but no go!
Very frustrating… What’s going on?

Hello,

RS150B is not compatible with anything other than the dongle included in the package.
If you’re using some other dongles, please use the one from package.

Also, would you check if pairing with iPhone works?
