Cannot connect the RC to bluetooth.
Can only use the IR after connecting the IR sensor that is supplied in the box.
Help please
Just turn of BT on the RS520 and then turn it on. Sometimes you need to wait a bit. That worked for me. At the start it didnt want find my remote.
Did you connect the usb dongle?

In the mean time I have connected the “dongle” and can I use the RC with bluetooth.
Wifi is now working too.
The reason that I did not use the “dongle” is that there is no mention of it in the instructions.
I thought it was a kind of antenna for the radio.
In general, I find the instructions very poor. We have to find out the hard way how to use the RS520.
So learning every day.
