Could you please check one thing for me?
When you enable VLC Player on your Rose device, do the 10-second forward/backward skip controls still not appear on your iPhone?
For what it’s worth, I always have VLC enabled on the 150b. I never turn it off (that I know of, every time I’ve checked).
I checked just now, and it is enabled. I toggled off, closed Premium app. Toggled back on. Opened Premium app on iOS and issue remains.
This issue has now been fixed.
Please delete and reinstall your RoseConnect app, and check if the problem still occurs afterward.
@ROSEHAN I uninstalled/re-installed RoseConnect app on iOS and even rebooted but the 2 icons for rewind 10 secs/fast forward 10 secs are still missing.
It’s as if on iOS, because you can only view the app in Portrait mode, Rose app is not able to resize those two outside icons to fit the display. Only the Jump to Previous or Next video in cue, shows.
