I can report another issue on both iOS and iPadOS versions of Rose Premium Connect app in regards to a random stuck volume control by way of the ± signs.

This is not reproducsible at will and only happens some of the time. Once I touch the 150b hardware or drag the software control on the app, ± control is regained.

This isn’t an issue w the RS520.
I tend to use the Rose app instead of the remote.
No problems w volume control from iOS (Mac M series) and from iPad and iPhone.
We have reviewed the video you sent, and it appears that a fix may be required.
This issue has been forwarded to our software team and is currently under review.
However, since we have not been able to reproduce the problem on our side, we may need some additional time until the issue occurs again during our testing.
