BUG: Rose remote will not Pause play until after mute used

I have a reproducible issue where, after a Rose 150b reboot, after I begin playback of various media types through the Rose hardware, I cannot use the remote to Pause the playback unless I first use the remote’s Mute button first (which does work), then I can Pause/un-Pause with the remote for the rest of the day.

What might be causing this?

We checked the same as the video you sent, but it is not reproduced.

First, please check the following.

  1. Did you experience this symptom from the beginning after purchasing the RS150b? Or did this problem occur over time?

  2. Does the same phenomenon occur when playing the Rosetube?

  3. Please check whether the same symptom occurs when you disconnect the ROSE RCU from the RS150b Bluetooth screen and pair the remote control again.
