Bugs and big issues with RS201 Series Unit

Hi:

I bought a HiFi Rose RS201 at your US site, but there are multiple issues with the unit.
Yesterday I started to connect with my NAS drive to index my music library but after 90 minutes the screen went white and even after removing and adding again my NAS drive is doing nothing to initialize Data Library. When I click on the menu for My Music it shows a Restart option to stabilize the system but the problem still there.

I was checking at the setting menu to restore to factory setup and I was looking on this page how to do it, I tried reset button but it only reboots the unit.

On the other hand, I’ve been playing music on Tidal but after a while the screen goes black even in my PC showing a track is being played;

this is what worries me most because the device is like frozen and I have to unplug and after that this issue still there, just after 10 minutes or so playing any track on Tidal.

I ask you kindly for your support because all these bugs are a real pain in a device that I had great expectations.

Seems like the LCD should be replaced.
Please contact your distributor to get LCD replaced.
Please contact a distributor in the country where you purchased the RS201 for repair.
