Can’t access WIFI

I have had my Rose RS150B for 2 years - never had any problems, but after the last update it won’t access WiFi - it can see the WiFi but won’t connect - I tried to reboot the router …
Doesn’t help… any ideas ?

Here are a few things to check.

  1. Is the WiFi dongle connected to the USB port on the rear of your RS150b?
  2. When you go into WiFi on your RS150b, does the WiFi you want to connect to show as saved?
  3. If the WiFi you want to connect to is shown as saved, press and hold on that WiFi to delete it. Then, reconnect to that WiFi.
  4. Does the same symptom occur even if you factory reset your RS150b?
    RS150b–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset

If you do a factory reset, all music streaming apps will be deleted.
Go to the Rose Store on your RS150b and install the apps you want to use.
