I have had my Rose RS150B for 2 years - never had any problems, but after the last update it won’t access WiFi - it can see the WiFi but won’t connect - I tried to reboot the router …
Doesn’t help… any ideas ?
Here are a few things to check.
- Is the WiFi dongle connected to the USB port on the rear of your RS150b?
- When you go into WiFi on your RS150b, does the WiFi you want to connect to show as saved?
- If the WiFi you want to connect to is shown as saved, press and hold on that WiFi to delete it. Then, reconnect to that WiFi.
- Does the same symptom occur even if you factory reset your RS150b?
RS150b–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset

The reset worked but Qobuz is no longer available?
If you do a factory reset, all music streaming apps will be deleted.
Go to the Rose Store on your RS150b and install the apps you want to use.
