Can’t log in to my 150B

After updating to EA I have experienced a few strange things but it has been sorted out.

Today suddenly I was logged out of my 150B and I can’t log in. When trying to reset the password my account can’t be found at all.

Please advise on what to do here.

When checking if I could create a new account with the same credentials it worked like a charm. The only thing I had to change was the nick.

Funny thing is that all my old objects such as favourite videos etc immediately came up in the new account.

So now I have a new account with the old credentials.

Strange that this could happen…
