Can’t log into Qobuz

When entering my id/ password for Qobuz in my RS130 the rotating busy icon just spins and the sign in button is grayed out.
When trying to log in with the other options (google facebook or apple) nothing happens.

I’ve reset the rs130, uninstalled and reinstalled Qobuz app.

Did you try logging in directly by tapping the app on the device?
We are currently in contact with Qobuz regarding the login issue occurring on web browsers.
​In the meantime, we kindly ask you to download the “Rose Connect Premium” app from the Play Store. You should be able to log in via the app without any issues.

Download and use the Rose Connect Premium app to log onto and use Qobuz. Interfacing directly with the 130 to log on does not work. Also use the Rose app to play Qobuz, Qobuz Direct app does not work satisfactorily.

Thanks, that seems to be the workaround.

The problem occurs when I try to log into Qobuz directly through the RS130’s interface. Using the app on my tablet works fine.

I know, it happened to me several times before I learned my lesson.
