I cannot connect with my email to Rose Connect premium. The app produces a yellow dot and the login halts. I did activate the account with email. The app does not find my account with my email either
When connecting the RoseConnectPremium app and the Rose device, it is not connected with a Rose account, but the RoseConnectPremium app and the Rose device must be connected to the same Wi-Fi to be used. If the connection is established, but the account and password do not match, please check the following.

Have you signed up for a Rose account?
Rose device–>Settings–>User Account–>Sign up -
Did you signed up, but can’t log in?
When registering as a member, you may enter the password only once, so you may have entered the wrong password when registering.
RoseConnect app–>Settings–>My page–>Find ID/Password -
If the method above doesn’t work, please let me know the email address you used to sign up for Rose.
We will send you a temporary password.

The email that I used when I tried to sign in to Rose Connect premium is karllinderborg@gmail.com
I tried to sign in with the app only since the RS250A says that you have to use the app to sign in. However, the app does not sign in but gets stuck and shows a little yellow dot below the sign in field ,which then disappears. I did verify the email account once with the link provided but now the verification link sent to my email does not work anymore.
In addition, the app does not find my email at all (does not produce any results or react at all when I inserted it to change the password), which means that something with the registration process went likely wrong. It could also be that the app does not work with the newest IOS but I doubt that is the case.
