Cannot create the Network drive

I had the RS150 working beautifully. There was an update and I decided to go ahead. Took more than 12 hours to download the new update. I let the machine to update. Done., and went to bed. Next day I see that the network drive for the RS150 was crossed in red. It tells me that my credentials are no good. I cannot create the network drive any more. Help.

Few questions, before I answer to your question

  1. If I turn the Rose device off and then on, does the same thing occur?

  2. Rose device—>Settings—>System Info—>Please tell me the IP Address

  3. SMB/FTP/WEBDAV, which one are you using?

  4. Please tell me what program you are using.

Was only after the update that I run into problems. The .update took too long.I was wondering if something went wrong. I will test everything tomorrow.

This morning I unplug the rs150. turn power off. Disconnected networks switch. Let’s just say everything was power down. Then I started connecting and turning ON the appliances. The last one was the RS150.
It connected. I hope it stays ON. I checked the SMB and its ON. The Network drive is working.
Now, how come it takes so long for the RS150 to download the update. The update was around 650 Mb and it took over 12 hours.
