Cannot delete old TIDAL Log-in info

I have tried to do a Factory Reset ,in order to put my new TIDAL account information in my RS-250. The ROSE rS250 totally resets everything, but strangely keeps the USER & PW of my old Tidal account.

Can anyone help me please ?

RS250–>Tidal app–>My Collection at the bottom left -->Settings–>Click Log out and log in to a new account.
