Hi, I cannot login to the RoseTube as well as all the rose account in my Rose150.
I tried to create a new account but I failed to click the duplicate check button.
Please help, thank you very much.
FYI, I have already gone through the following procedures.
- Have you signed up for a Rose account?
Rose device–>Settings–>User Account–>Sign up - You have signed up, but can’t log in?
When registering as a member, you may enter the password only once, so you may have entered the wrong password when registering.
RoseConnect app–>Settings–>My page–>Find ID/Password
