Cannot login to Qobuz via Google account with Android phone

I’m trying to login to Qobuz through the Rose premium app via Android phone (pixel 9)
The “sign in with Google” bar is locked and when I click it nothing happens.
How do I fix this?

In desperation, I tried logging in with Google sign in through my iPad via the Rose app and that was successful but when I play music it continuously is cutting out.
How do I fix this?

Here are a few things to check:

  1. Are you logged in with the same Rose account on the RoseConnect app you use on Android and iPad?
  2. If your RoseConnect app is logged in with the same Rose account on both Android and iPad, when you log in to your Qobuz account on iPad, it will be linked on Android as well.
  3. Please delete and reinstall the RoseConnect app installed on Android and iPad.
  4. Log in to your Rose account on the RoseConnect app on iPad, and then log in to your Qobuz account again.
  5. When you log in to your Rose account on the RoseConnect app on Android, the contents you logged in to on iPad will be linked.
