Cannot register an account

I can’t register my RS-150 to log in to Rosetube for example, whatever I do I get the message: the input value is wrong, can anyone help me? Best regards

Before that, there are a few things to check.

  1. Have you signed up for a Rose account?
    Rose device–>Settings–>User Account–>Sign up
  2. You have signed up, but can’t log in?
    When registering as a member, you may enter the password only once, so you may have entered the wrong password when registering.
    RoseConnect app–>Settings–>My page–>Find ID/Password
  3. If the method above doesn’t work, please let me know the email address you used to sign up for Rose.
    We will send you a temporary password.
