Cannot reset password

I have an RS-250. I just did a factory reset. When I tried to recover my password,I get an error that says " email server error, cannot reset password-contact site admin"…

my email and user ID is mike2403@mail.com


when I try to copy music files from my PC to the ROSE internaL hd, it does NOT accept my password. That is why I did a Factory Reset.

Is there a way to toally wipe out all log in names to the ROSE RS-250, so there is no
password problem ??

We apologize for any inconvenience caused during use.

Try a few things.

Factory reset does not reset the password.
RoseConnect app–>Settings–>My page–>Find ID/PW will send a temporary password to your email.

If the above fails, we will ask the server team to forcefully send you a temporary password. Is Rose’s account mike2403@mail.com correct?

@mail.com is the first mail form.
